This is where it all begins. We'll schedule a consultation to discuss your specific concerns, priorities, and budget. There is a massive design space to explore.
Personalized Proposal
Based on our initial conversation, our team will develop a proposal outlining a customized survival plan to meet your requirements.
Plan Review & Refinement
We'll review the proposal with you, answering any questions you may have and adjusting the details as you'd like. Your feedback is crucial, and we'll work collaboratively to get everything right.
Development
Once you approve the final proposal, we'll immediately begin researching and developing your plan for you. This process usually takes a few weeks.
Delivery
We deliver your final plan. You can then choose to work with our in-house team and network of contractors or handle the execution yourself. In most cases, you will be able to "pay and build", "buy and ship", and "show up and train".
Continuation
Our commitment to your safety and security doesn't ever end. We offer ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure your survival systems remain effective and up-to-date.

James has with many years in emergency preparedness managing shelters and providing direct aid to victims during hurricanes, floods, fires, and ice storms. He is trained as a medic, First Aid & CPR instructor, disaster relief worker, and has built a number of organizations in the space.
Alta, our design expert, brings a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of client needs, honed from years of working with hundreds of clients. She exited her first B2C startup at age 22.

We don’t believe in cookie cutter approaches to building your survival sanctuaries. That works for some companies, but not for us. We need to get to know you, your unique preferences, your concerns, your favorite amenities, your “never in a million years will I want that in my home” requirements, etc.
We adopt a human-centered design process to develop the best possible solution for you and your loved ones. It takes many hours of listening to you and learning your needs to get it right, but it’s worth it.
No two families are alike; no two survival sanctuaries are either.
The construction timeline can vary based on the complexity of the project, location, and other factors. Roughly speaking, estimate several months to a few years. For a more accurate estimate, please reach out to our team with your specific requirements. Remember to start early as possible as construction projects notoriously take longer than you expect.
We offer survival-as-a-service. That means everything you need to be as secure as you choose in face of catastrophe. We take care of it all for you, from planning to execution. We provide a full range of styles, amenities and features for your off-grid villas and bunkers, built to the highest standards of safety, durability, and comfort. We also offer world-class preparedness training and all the equipment and supplies you’ll need to weather nearly any crisis. We’re here for you from the beginning until the very end.
We have an off-grid site on a tropical island in Southeast Asia that is available for 8-16 people now, with capacity for up to 32 with further development. Reach out quickly if you're interested, as demand has been extreme. Individuals can co-own the property and live together in a community or a single buyer could own the entire property. It's currently set up as a long-term rental and could remain as such until you opted to move in.
No one can ensure your safety. But we will damn sure try our best, just like you were our own family. Our clients matter to us. Our team will design and construct your sanctuary with the highest safety standards in mind. We also provide world-class preparedness training and the necessary equipment and supplies to physically and psychologically prepare you for nearly any crisis.
We'd like to politely yell this as loud as we can into the internet void: no.
Site selection takes time. Construction takes time. Country visas take time. Securing equipment and supplies takes time. Training takes time. Shepherding people to your site takes time. Updating plans takes time. And all of this requires stable governance and supply chains and a cool head.
We often hear, "Well I'll just hop on a flight to New Zealand and figure it out then if I see a warning about a new pandemic emerging or if a tactical nuclear weapon is fired."
This is incredibly unrealistic. Millions of people will have the same plan. Flights will be booked up or cancelled. Visas will not be given out like candy. For New Zealand you can expect ~5 months of processing time and you'll have to invest $3-6M and live 105+ days in-country to potentially secure your investor visa.
You will not likely be able to just show up on a tourist visa and "find" a good shelter--they will mostly be long since taken by more prepared people than you.
And depending on your geography, it can take dozens of hours by plane or multiple weeks by boat to reach your shelter. If you don't have a plane or boat yourself (that you can pilot or captain), then you're also at risk of services being cancelled.
Please note that in case of global catastrophe like a COVID-2X, we will certainly not have enough personnel, spaces, equipment or supplies to meet even 0.1% of our demand. As much as we might want to help, we simply won't be able to. Nor will most other providers. And remember in case of some global catastrophes, money may have already become meaningless.
